- BRUSHED WOOLSThis term is only applicable to pulled wools, or skin-wools, from the scrubbing or brushing process, which removes burrs, sand, dirt, and other foreign substances from the fleeces. This brushing process takes place while the wool is still a part of the pelt and are machine-brushed while on the pelt.
